Before completing our collection request form please read the below requirements from our third party couriers to ensure a smooth collection process.
Collections can only be made from manned receptions & easily accessible residential addresses.
Collections can not be made to PO boxes or construction sites.
Collection can only be made to UK mainland only; excluding Southern Ireland, Northern Ireland and Isles.
Courier will collect between 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Fixed time slots are not available.
Courier can only take collection from a person.
Any failed collections due to not complying with the above requirements can result in a charge.
